Scheduling in Oracle Primavera P6 and Contractor for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Projects

Most capital construction projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) require a schedule in Primavera format. This schedule is the baseline from which all progress is measured, provides the foundation for Pay Applications, and is the integration point with USACE’s Quality Control System (QCS). This course will discuss typical USACE contract requirements, and how to successfully meet those requirements using Primavera P6/Contractor.

Hybrid Primavera P6 102 for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Projects

This course provides hands-on training for Primavera's client/server based solution, with an emphasis on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Projects. Participants will gain a thorough background in the concepts of planning and scheduling. Scheduling techniques will be covered. This three-day course leads you through hands-on workshops that create and track an entire project to completion. All workshops and instruction use the three basic elements of project management: schedule, resource and costs.
